3-4 large pieces of potatoes, peeled and soaked
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 tsp fine salt
3 tbsp of flour (1 tbsp of cornstarch and 2 tbsp of wheat flour)
3 cloves of garlic
Oregano powder (can be flipped)
to taste fine salt or powdered broth


Step by Step

Cut potato lengthwise with the thickness to taste.

Wash thoroughly until the water is immersed.

Next step, in a separate container, boil the water if it were enough to soak the potatoes until boiling. Enter sugar, salt, and garlic. Add the potatoes, boil for 3-5 minutes until the potato is ¼ cooked. Turn off the stove and drain the potatoes.

Store the potatoes in the refrigerator until it cool, about 10-15 minutes. Once cool, sprinkle the potatoes with flour until evenly distributed. To be more evenly, put the potatoes in the jar, then put the flour and shake it until the whole surface of the potatoes is wrapped in flour.

Then, keep the potatoes in the freezer until frozen, about 1-2 hours. NOTE: If you want to be stored long in the freezer, stack it like in the picture. So neatly arranged on the tray, then topped the plastic again if you want stacking. And so on. Well if it is frozen we can just put it into an airtight container. Close the meeting. That way, the potatoes can be perfectly frozen and not sticky to each other.

After frozen, fry in hot oil until half cooked. Make sure to fry with oil submerged. If it is half cooked. Drain. Then let the potatoes cool.

New fried again until cooked. The technique of frying potatoes is to make sure the oil is really hot. After hot oil, reduce the heat and fry until brownish yellow. Lift. While hot, sprinkle oregano powder and salt/spice broth until the salty taste fits.

Serve with your favorite sauce. Done.
